January 2024

At YAIPak Outreach everything starts with the Extravagant Love of Christ. God pursues each one of us to redefine our identity, restore our dignity, and remind us how deeply we are loved. With a focus on women, children and veterans, we are witnessing that power of Extravagant Love each day.

Our warehouse for donation drop offs and volunteer hours is located at 1255 Paradise Hill Rd.

We are open for donations and volunteers on Mondays from 9am to 12pm, Wednesdays from 12 to 2pm, and Thursdays from 5 to 8pm.

We are incredibly grateful to be in the New Year of 2024. We are standing in faith that more people will be served, lives will be changed, and hearts will be transformed by the goodness of God and through the kindness of His people. We are grateful for all that has already transpired in just a couple days of a new year and are trusting the Lord for a strategic plan forward. We cannot wait to share with you along the way. Thank you for being here!

YAIPak Outreach in the Community

On December 9th, 2023 the city of Clarksville and our local neighbors experienced devastating tornadoes. YAIPak Outreach's home base is only 15 minutes from the most impacted parts and our own team members have experienced what it's like to experience the destruction of their homes, vehicles, and personal things due to natural disaster.

Though it became more real hearing these hard stories from our personal friends, we did what we do best in Project Rebuild Hope. Quickly our warehouse became a core distribution site for emergency response teams and a vital resource for those helping in relief and those needing relief.

Three weeks later our warehouse has become a shopping center for those directly impacted and needing supplies for their homes, personal needs, rebuilding teams, and general relief.

We are so grateful for the generosity of our amazing community. We definitely could not do what we do without YOU! We do not take it lightly and know that the gifts you sow will fall on great soil.

It was an absolute privilege to serve our heroes and their families impacted by the December 9th tornado. As we served, we heard heart gripping stories and saw tears fall from families who were always the strong ones, now finding themselves in a situation of needing help.

No thanks was needed. It's what YAI does. We love those we serve right where they are and this event for our local military and their heroic families was no different…

But the thank you came and we are so humbled to share. As a thank you for the efforts in coordinating the various community response and support networks in Clarksville and Montgomery County, YAIPak was invited and honored to attend a private Christmas Party hosted by Dr. Jill Biden, First Lady of the United States. Also in attendance: Major General Brett G. Sylvia, Commanding General 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Campbell; Command Sergeant Major Charles D. Walker, Division Command Sergeant Major 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Campbell

It was such a privilege to stand with friends from LifePoint Church, Mosaic Church, Montgomery County Highway & City Street Department, Red Cross, CERT, FEMA, and numerous active duty Soldiers & their families.

What a sweet surprise. We love our country, our city, and our Military.

BIG NEWS!!

Thanks to our friend Josh Ward, with the Clarksville-Montgomery County Industrial Development Board, AMAZON offered to allow YAIPak to use 500,000 sq. ft of their 1 million square-foot facility in order to serve our community for Disaster Relief.

Amazon has been very accommodating and very generous to help Montgomery County for the recovery of our community!

We have already received deliveries at this location and Team Rubicon is already picking up supplies here.

Thank you Amazon, and thank you Josh for being instrumental in making this possible! What a blessing and relief it has been!

Your Generosity at Work

We had the great privilege to open our resources up to those in need in our own backyard! In a season where many have experienced devastating loss due to recent tornadoes through Clarksville, we realize that there are others still in need before that disaster has occurred. For our community resource drive-through, over 1500 families, in 630 cars were able to receive:

  • Non-perishable food bags

  • Snacks, like chips and snack cakes

  • Electric Heaters

  • Cleaning Supplies

  • Paper Towels

  • Toilet Paper

  • Cases of water

  • Bombas Socks

  • Diapers

  • Baby wipes

  • & MUCH MORE

We love the testimonies that came out of this day. Mrs. N wrote "Thank you so much for everything you and your staff do for our community…I attended your drive thru event on December 30th and want to thank you so much for the heater as well as other things…I live in a mobile home and my heating system when out and living on disability sure don’t have the funds to replace it…you don’t know how much that heater will help me and how much I appreciate it… sending my love and appreciation to all of you over there…happy new year and hope 2024 brings happiness for everyone." There have been tons more testimonies come in...

A huge THANK YOU to over 100 volunteers who helped prepare and showed up to hand things out in the cold. Our Grub Squad worked hard to make sure our volunteers had hot chili and grilled cheese to warm their bellies.

It wasn't just about serving material things, our volunteers showed up and shared their smiles, laughs, and even some hugs with our guests today! The true definition of community.
