We partner with caseworkers to help transition homeless veterans from off the streets and into housing. We help by lifting the initial financial burden, allowing them to focus on their future. From your generous donations, each veteran is gifted with a Tote Of Hope, which is everything they need to equip their kitchen and bathroom as they move in.

• Identify local homeless Veterans

• Meet the basic life needs of veterans while homeless

• Reconnect homeless Veterans to valuable resources to attain benefits

• Provide vital resources for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing

• Follow process while offering continuous support of Veteran

• Provide Veteran with a "Tote of Hope" as he/she moves from homelessness to housing

• Provide furnishings for new home
